Job Requirements
- Minimum three years of line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel kitchen
- Experience with breakfast service
- At least one to two years of lead cook experience preferred
- Culinary degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent professional training preferred
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
- Current food handler's certificate
- Ability to work early morning shifts between 5am and 8am, weekends, and holidays
- Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and ability to support team

Job Duties
- Prepare consistent high-quality dishes during morning shifts
- Collaborate closely with the broader operations team
- Support and train AM cooking team members
- Monitor labor costs and manage overtime effectively
- Uphold food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- Provide leadership support to the Culinary team as needed
- Maintain efficient kitchen operations during high-volume breakfast service
