Job Requirements

  • a high school diploma
  • minimum one year of cooking experience
  • POS user experience
  • valid Food Handler’s Certificate
  • ability to obtain ServSafe Manager’s Certification within 90 days
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • bring a positive and professional demeanor to work daily

Job Qualifications

  • ability to obtain ServSafe Manager’s Certification within first 90 days

Job Duties

  • prepare all meals for residents, guests and associates while ensuring high quality and seasonally prepared dishes
  • maintain excellent sanitation and cleanliness in all food preparation and serving areas
  • use POS systems effectively to handle orders and inventory
  • work as a collaborative team member to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • adhere to food safety standards and regulations including proper food handling and storage
  • assist with kitchen inventory and stock management
  • adapt work schedule including weekends and holidays as needed to meet operational requirements
