- minimum one year of cooking experience
- POS user experience
- valid Food Handler’s Certificate
- ability to obtain ServSafe Manager’s Certification within 90 days
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- prepare all meals for residents, guests and associates while ensuring high quality and seasonally prepared dishes
- maintain excellent sanitation and cleanliness in all food preparation and serving areas
- use POS systems effectively to handle orders and inventory
- work as a collaborative team member to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- adhere to food safety standards and regulations including proper food handling and storage
- assist with kitchen inventory and stock management
- adapt work schedule including weekends and holidays as needed to meet operational requirements
