Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- punctuality and reliability
- willingness to work in a team environment

Job Duties
- Execute food product that meets culinary standards
- maintain understanding of cooking times and temperatures as dictated by Chef Team
- maintain an understanding of proper kitchen opening and closure protocol
- handle, store, and rotate all product properly
- report to scheduled shifts, meetings, and events on time and ready to work
- maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and area
