Job Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the executive chef's recipes and standards
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to develop and refine menu items
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organized, and comply with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and stock ingredients as needed
- Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
- Adhere to portion control and minimize food waste practices
