Job Requirements

  • Prior experience as a cook or similar role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the executive chef's recipes and standards
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to develop and refine menu items
  • Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organized, and comply with health and safety regulations
  • Manage inventory and stock ingredients as needed
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
  • Adhere to portion control and minimize food waste practices
