Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- at least 18 years of age
- previous experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
- ability to work Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- ability to follow safety and sanitation regulations
- strong communication skills
- capability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- eagerness to learn and grow professionally in the food service industry
- experience working in a team environment, ideally in culinary settings
- knowledge and ability to prep, prepare, and present food on a buffet
- ability to cook eggs and omelets as ordered
- knowledgeable in food sanitation guidelines
- ability to operate kitchen equipment
Job Duties
- prepare breakfast eggs to order
- work collaboratively with the Culinary and Dining Services team
- follow direction of the Executive Chef
- maintain highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
- present high-quality food personalized to residents’ preferences
- set the daily foundation for successful execution of all meal periods
- embody the company’s core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
