Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED preferred
  • previous kitchen line experience preferred
  • food handlers card required
  • ability to work early morning shifts including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to stand and walk for full shifts
  • ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
  • compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal safety laws
  • timely attendance and adherence to schedule
  • ability to maintain professional image and conduct
  • good communication skills
  • willingness to perform other duties as assigned
  • ability to work in moderately noisy, hot, and cold kitchen environments
  • ability to handle repetitive motions and physical demands

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or GED preferred

  • knowledge of food and beverage in restaurant or hotel operations
  • ability to use hand tools and kitchen machines skillfully
  • ability to read and follow recipes
  • capacity to measure and cut materials precisely

  • proficiency in English for communication
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to apply quick resolution to guest issues in line with brand standards

Job Duties

  • Start shift at 5:30am including weekends and holidays
  • read menu to estimate food requirements and order food
  • adjust thermostat controls for ovens and grills
  • measure and mix ingredients using kitchen utensils and equipment
  • set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
  • cook menu items with kitchen staff cooperation
  • clean up station and manage waste
  • stock inventory appropriately
  • ensure proper dating and storage of food items
  • maintain inventory and temperature logs
  • ensure timely and high-quality food output
  • comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards
  • maintain positive professional approach with coworkers and customers
  • adhere to all safety and brand standards
  • respond to guest requests and complaints promptly and politely
  • maintain professional appearance
  • follow company policies and procedures
  • operate kitchen in compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • perform other duties as assigned
