Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous cooking experience preferred
ability to work Monday through Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm
strong interpersonal and communication skills
physical ability to stand for extended periods
commitment to adhering to food safety standards
willingness to learn and collaborate as part of a team

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years of age
eagerness to learn and grow professionally in food service
experience working in a team environment, ideally culinary
knowledge and ability to prep, prepare and present food on a buffet
ability to cook eggs and omelets as ordered
knowledge of food sanitation guidelines
ability to operate kitchen equipment

Job Duties

Prepare breakfast including eggs to order
work collectively with Culinary and Dining Services team
ensure highest standards of cleanliness and safety in kitchen
present high-quality food personalized to residents' preferences
set daily foundation for successful meal periods
live by Core Values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
be the first smiling face residents see every day
