Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to be certified
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational abilities
- ability to manage stress and make sound decisions in emergencies
- ability to work Sunday through Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm

- Prior experience in a customer service environment preferred

Job Duties
- Welcome and direct residents and guests of the community
- answer resident questions and address simple needs
- monitor emergency response and community systems
- receive and direct all incoming calls
- maintain security and safety protocols
- act responsibly in emergency situations with good judgment
- manage multiple tasks effectively
