Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year experience in a public contact position
  • Preferred hotel experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships
  • Proficient verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to adjust communication style to different audiences
  • Regular attendance and availability to work
  • Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • One year experience in a public contact position
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with guests and associates
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences

Job Duties

  • Answer questions regarding or making reservations for dining, entertainment, sports events, recreation, tours, health and beauty, childcare, transportation, cultural activities, shopping, and other services
  • Provide directions to hotel facilities or events
  • Notify or assist guests of receipt of facsimiles, mail, messages, and packages
  • Maintain current information and materials regarding hotel, services, and attractions
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis
  • Perform any other job duties as assigned
