Job Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience
- CA Food Handlers Certification
- TIPs Certification
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to respond to guest inquiries promptly and accurately
Job Qualifications
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school
- Prior customer service experience required
- Prior front desk or hospitality experience preferred
- CA Food Handlers Certification
- TIPs Certified
- CPR certification and/or First Aid training preferred
Job Duties
- Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome
- Make personal connection with each guest and respond to guest cues
- Use a clear, understandable speaking voice and respond to inquiries with accurate information
- Maintain a very clean and organized area to ensure all guests have what they need
- Ensure Concierge Lounge is kept clean and stocked with proper food and beverage
- Follow proper food handling techniques and food safety procedures
- Ensure all equipment is working properly and report issues promptly
