Job Duties
- Assist waiters/waitresses in serving food and beverages to guests
- Set up tables with linen, silverware, glassware, and condiments before service
- Ensure water is filled and bread is served promptly upon guest seating
- Clear plates, glassware, and cutlery between courses and after meals
- Clean and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Ensure service stations are fully stocked and tidy at all times
- Support with polishing cutlery, glassware, and china
- Communicate with kitchen staff to coordinate food delivery
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety guidelines at all times
- Provide attentive and courteous service to guests
- Assist in carrying trays and large dishes as needed
