Job Duties

  • Prepare and plate breakfast dishes to the highest standards
  • Execute tea service dishes with attention to detail
  • Ensure banquet events are carried out flawlessly
  • Prep and stock kitchen stations in advance of service
  • Honor dietary requests precisely
  • Collaborate with PM kitchen team for smooth shift transitions
  • Maintain taste, temperature, and presentation as established by the Executive Chef
