Job Requirements

Must be flexible to work varied schedules
must have the physical ability to walk, bend, and stand for long periods
must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
must adhere to grooming and appearance standards in alignment with uniform
excellent customer service skills
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
previous experience as server or waitstaff preferred
excellent written and oral communication skills
ability to listen attentively
ability to express compassion while remaining composed
ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
positive attitude with a proactive approach to guest needs
respect for diversity and multi-cultural environments

Job Duties

Offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
interact with guests and answer questions about their dining experience
set up and maintain the hot breakfast and breakfast bar each morning according to franchise guidelines
collapse breakfast bar and dining area each morning
replenish and restock breakfast items for the next day
maintain cleanliness of the work area meeting health codes and quality assurance requirements
monitor and replenish breakfast bar during service hours
comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
use the hotel MICROS register system for orders and payments
perform other tasks to meet or exceed guest satisfaction
