Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista or in food/beverage preparation is a plus but not required
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes consistently
- excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- familiarity with bubble tea preparation or a willingness to learn
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measurements
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs as needed

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve bubble tea beverages according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- cook and maintain the quality of boba pearls and other toppings throughout the day
- measure, mix, and adjust ingredients to ensure consistency and flavor
- innovate and suggest new drink ideas or variations to enhance the menu
- greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and customization options
- take customer orders accurately, process transactions, and handle payments
- ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns or special requests promptly
- maintain a clean and organized workstation, including counters, equipment, and storage areas
- follow proper food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
- assist with daily opening, closing, and shift change tasks, including equipment cleaning and stock replenishment
- monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, such as teas, syrups, and toppings
- communicate restocking needs to management in a timely manner
- properly store and label all ingredients to ensure freshness and quality
- perform other duties as assigned
