Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years progressively responsible culinary experience
- valid Food Handlers Permit
- ability to stand and move continuously during shift
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
- availability weekends and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- adherence to company policies and standards
- ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of food and beverage products, preparation, and handling techniques
- knowledge of health codes and food sanitation practices
- basic mathematical skills to understand recipes and portion sizes
