Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two years progressively responsible culinary experience
  • valid Food Handlers Permit
  • ability to stand and move continuously during shift
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • ability to follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • availability weekends and holidays
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • adherence to company policies and standards
  • ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of food and beverage products, preparation, and handling techniques
  • knowledge of health codes and food sanitation practices
  • basic mathematical skills to understand recipes and portion sizes
