Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of bartending experience preferred
  • Valid Food Handler and Alcohol Serving certifications if applicable
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash and use POS systems accurately
  • Commitment to excellent guest service and teamwork
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and bar organization

Job Qualifications

  • One year of bartending experience preferred
  • Passion for crafting and personalizing guest experiences
  • Excellent knowledge of wine and spirits
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of credit card and cash handling procedures
  • Familiarity with recording accurate tip-out sheets and calculating bill amounts
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Serving certifications if applicable
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests and promptly serve them food and beverages
  • Pour drinks using standard pour according to specifications and process orders accurately in the POS system
  • Serve food and drinks to guests and support servers by filling orders
  • Notify management if a guest is becoming intoxicated or acting disruptively
  • Maintain cleanliness by filling and cleaning ice bins, cleaning equipment, emptying trash, and stocking beer and wine coolers
  • Follow uniform and grooming specifications
  • Communicate cooperatively with support crew and management
  • Unpack deliveries and stock the bar
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a flexible work environment
