Job Requirements

  • One year of bartending experience preferred
  • Passion for guest experience personalization
  • Excellent knowledge of wine and spirits
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of credit and cash handling procedures
  • Food handler and alcohol serving certifications if applicable
  • Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year bartending experience preferred
  • Passion for crafting and personalizing guest experiences
  • Excellent knowledge of wine and spirits
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of credit card and cash handling procedures including accurate tip-out sheet recording and bill calculation
  • Food handler and alcohol serving certifications if applicable
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests promptly and serve food and beverages
  • Pour drinks using standard pour according to specifications and process orders accurately in the POS system
  • Serve food and drinks to guests and support servers by filling orders
  • Notify management if guests become intoxicated or disruptive
  • Fill and clean ice bins, empty trash cans, change kegs, and stock beer and wine coolers
  • Clean and maintain bar equipment including shelving, stainless steel surfaces, mixers, cups, blenders, and soda guns
  • Follow uniform and grooming standards
  • Maintain cooperative communication with support crew and management
  • Unpack deliveries and stock the bar
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team and operations
