Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of bartending experience preferred
- Passion for personalized guest service
- Knowledgeable of wine, spirits, and bar equipment
- Ability to operate POS systems accurately
- Food Handler Certification if applicable
- Alcohol Serving Certification if applicable
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Job Qualifications
- 1 year of bartending experience preferred
- Passion for crafting and personalizing guest experiences
- Excellent knowledge of wine and spirits
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in credit card and cash handling procedures
- Ability to record accurate tip-out sheets and calculate bills precisely
- Food Handler and Alcohol Serving Certifications if applicable
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously
- Pour drinks using standard pour specifications
- Receive and process orders accurately in the POS system
- Serve food and drinks to guests and assist servers
- Notify management if guests become intoxicated or disruptive
- Maintain cleanliness by filling and cleaning ice bins, emptying trash, cleaning equipment
- Follow uniform and grooming standards
- Communicate cooperatively with support crew and management
- Unpack deliveries and stock the bar
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed across the hotel
