Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in beverage service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to provide friendly and courteous service
- Basic math skills for handling cash
- Knowledge of standard drink recipes and portion control

- Ability to perform cleaning tasks
- Ability to follow safety and security procedures
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must maintain neat and professional appearance

Job Duties
- Serve beverages and or food to guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Prepare beverages for other servers
- Act as cashier for the lounge
- Greet guests and promote drink orders
- Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes
- Maintain proper daily bar setup and stock requisition
- Cut and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes and perishables
- Handle cash transactions and balance monies
- Lock up and secure all beverages, food, and equipment
- Answer bar phone and take room service orders
- Input orders into register and create guest checks
- Perform general cleaning tasks to meet health standards
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures
- Follow fire prevention and emergency procedures
- Use protective equipment and report unsafe conditions
- Report accidents, injuries, or property damage to supervisor
- Maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- Perform related duties as requested by supervisor
- Assist other beverage personnel when needed
