Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer one year of bartending experience
- Hold a valid Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Must meet the minimum legal age required for bartending in the location
- Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug test
Job Qualifications
- Prefer one year of bartending experience
- Possess a Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
- Display knowledge of drink recipes and wine merchandising specials
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
Job Duties
- Craft and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests at the bar
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Keep up to date with drink recipes and seasonal specials
- Engage with guests to provide a memorable and personalized experience
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Comply with all liquor laws and regulations
