Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prefer one year of bartending experience
  • Hold a valid Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Must meet the minimum legal age required for bartending in the location
  • Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Pass pre-employment background check and drug test

Job Qualifications

  • Prefer one year of bartending experience
  • Possess a Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
  • Display knowledge of drink recipes and wine merchandising specials
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology
  • Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction

Job Duties

  • Craft and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests at the bar
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Keep up to date with drink recipes and seasonal specials
  • Engage with guests to provide a memorable and personalized experience
  • Handle cash and process payments accurately
  • Comply with all liquor laws and regulations
