Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending experience preferred
- legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
- strong knowledge of various drink recipes and beverage preparation techniques
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
- familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
Job Duties
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- engaging with guests to provide exceptional customer service
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- managing inventory and restocking supplies
- adhering to all health and safety regulations
- collaborating with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- promoting new menu items and specials to guests
