Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior bartending experience preferred
  • legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
  • strong knowledge of various drink recipes and beverage preparation techniques
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
  • familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems

Job Duties

  • Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • engaging with guests to provide exceptional customer service
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • managing inventory and restocking supplies
  • adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • collaborating with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • promoting new menu items and specials to guests
