Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in bartending or customer service preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Legal age to serve alcohol
  • Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods

  • Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods

Job Duties

  • Provide high quality service to all guests through friendly conversation and intuitive suggestions
  • Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and perform daily cleaning and side work
  • Be knowledgeable of all menu items, their contents, preparation methods, and garnishes
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation
  • Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork
  • Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly and safe work environment
  • I.D. all guests and monitor beverage consumption to prevent overserving
  • Perform other duties as assigned
