Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid bartender certification or license
  • 2-4 years relevant bartender experience
  • Knowledge of beverage service and mixology
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle cash and operate point of sale system
  • Strong customer service skills

  • Current bartender certification or appropriate license
  • 2-4 years bartender experience
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
  • Knowledge of latest mixology trends
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Engaging and welcoming personality

Job Duties

  • Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area
  • Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily
  • Guide guests on their beverage journey through descriptive selling of the menu
  • Be accurate in order taking, confirming all special requests
  • Work collaboratively with restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
  • Assist guests with concerns to guide them to satisfactory resolutions
  • Requisition and stock beer, wine, spirits and fresh produce maintaining quality and portion control
  • Mix, garnish and present drinks following standard recipes
  • Input orders into point of sale system and manage cash drop and secure bank procedures
