Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid bartender certification or license
- 2-4 years relevant bartender experience
- Knowledge of beverage service and mixology
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle cash and operate point of sale system
- Strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily
- Guide guests on their beverage journey through descriptive selling of the menu
- Be accurate in order taking, confirming all special requests
- Work collaboratively with restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Assist guests with concerns to guide them to satisfactory resolutions
- Requisition and stock beer, wine, spirits and fresh produce maintaining quality and portion control
- Mix, garnish and present drinks following standard recipes
- Input orders into point of sale system and manage cash drop and secure bank procedures
