Job Duties

  • open and close including signage hours of operation lighting of room and general set-up procedures
  • serve all food and beverage items
  • maintain cleanliness of the food area including bussing and re-setting tables keeping the floors clean and maintaining overall neatness
  • greet guests with a smile use names when possible
  • inform the guest about any specials
  • attend to and anticipate guest needs
  • familiarize with menu
  • maintain knowledge of daily specials and drinks
  • keep areas up to date and organized par levels stocked and overall set up of your area
  • keep barista stand stocked with essentials
  • complete daily and weekly side work as assigned
  • close all guest checks
  • perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
