Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a food and beverage or customer service role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to operate coffee machines and related equipment
- must be able to work morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- must be punctual and dependable
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista and/or server in a hotel, cafe, or restaurant preferred
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
- must be reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages with consistency and attention to detail
- operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized coffee station
- upsell pastries, breakfast items, and specialty beverages
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- greet guests promptly and warmly in the restaurant or lobby dining area
- take and deliver breakfast orders accurately and efficiently
- answer questions about menu items, daily specials, and accommodate dietary needs when possible
- set and clear tables, restock service stations, and maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area
- collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
