Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a barista or server preferred
  • strong communication skills

  • ability to work early morning shifts
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods

  • must be reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages with consistency and attention to detail
  • operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
  • maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized coffee station
  • upsell pastries, breakfast items, and specialty beverages
  • follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • greet guests promptly and warmly in the restaurant or lobby dining area
  • take and deliver breakfast orders accurately and efficiently
  • answer questions about menu items, daily specials, and accommodate dietary needs when possible
  • set and clear tables, restock service stations, and maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area
  • collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
