Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or barista role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to comply with health and safety standards in food preparation

- Previous experience as a barista or in food service is a plus

Job Duties
- Skillfully craft a variety of barista-inspired drinks ensuring every beverage is a delightful experience for our guests
- Provide exceptional service by warmly welcoming guests taking accurate orders and making personalized recommendations
- Familiarize yourself with menu offerings from pastries to specialty drinks allowing you to confidently assist guests
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace ensuring the coffee station and dining area are inviting and tidy
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently managing the cash register with care
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels restocking supplies as needed ensuring smooth daily operations
- Work alongside fellow team members to provide seamless service and contribute to a positive working environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
