Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking experience preferred
- Ability to work 5am to 1pm shifts on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Commitment to follow recipes and maintain quality standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and team player
Job Qualifications
- Experience in baking and pastry preparation
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for baking and food preparation
- Previous experience in a similar bakery or food service role preferred
Job Duties
- Produce products in following categories and follows menu rotation as instructed: cookies/cookie doughs, muffins/muffin batters, scones, savory breakfast options, special orders, quick breads, bars and brownies
- Finish and garnish tarts, cakes, custards and cream puffs
- Follow all Healthy Living recipes exactly as written and maintain consistent quality products to HL standards
- Prep items for retail and wholesale
- Package baked goods accurately and appealingly
- Make doughs and batters from scratch
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
