Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to operate bakery equipment safely
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
  • Must report to work on time
  • Must adhere to uniform and grooming standards
  • Must maintain a positive and friendly attitude

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in baking or food production
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards including OSHA and SERVSAFE
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects

Job Duties

  • Bake batches according to daily order sheets
  • Consistently produce high quality bakery products
  • Accurately measure all recipe ingredients
  • Keep workstation clean at all times
  • Properly clean dishes and pans throughout the shift
  • Assist managers with bread level assessments and bake sequencing
  • Adhere to all safety and health code requirements
