Job Requirements
- able to work early morning shifts generally from 3am to 10am
- minimum two years of pastry experience
- college degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
- possession of food and beverage service worker permit where applicable
- effective communication skills
- willingness to work extended hours as needed
- proficiency in English
- ability to understand and achieve financial goals

Job Duties
- prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and confections
- collaborate with pastry chefs to develop new recipes and techniques
- ensure high standards of quality and presentation
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
- assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- work early morning shift from 3am to 10am
