Job Requirements

  • able to work early morning shifts generally from 3am to 10am
  • minimum two years of pastry experience
  • college degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
  • possession of food and beverage service worker permit where applicable
  • effective communication skills
  • willingness to work extended hours as needed
  • proficiency in English
  • ability to understand and achieve financial goals

Job Duties

  • prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and confections
  • collaborate with pastry chefs to develop new recipes and techniques
  • ensure high standards of quality and presentation
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen
  • assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • work early morning shift from 3am to 10am
