Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as a line cook in a similar setting
- ability to work primarily from 2:00 pm to close
- strong attention to detail and quality
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to learn and adapt
- legal authorization to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- minimum 3-5 years of experience in a full scratch prep service kitchen
- experience in fine a la carte dining, banquets, and buffet preparation
- familiarity with sauteing and grilling techniques
- prior experience in private club, fine dining, or hotel kitchens preferred
- formal culinary training a plus
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- prepare and cook a variety of dishes using saute and grill methods
- assist with banquet and buffet preparations
- oversee evening a la carte dining service
- maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- work as a team player with kitchen and service staff
- follow safety and sanitation procedures
- contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
