  • detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a food and beverage supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards and health regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • additional hospitality or management training is a plus

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, train, and motivate food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement service strategies
