- flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a food and beverage supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service standards and health regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- additional hospitality or management training is a plus
Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and motivate food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement service strategies
