Job Duties
- manage and oversee the daily operations of the Alumni Relations office
- manage the guest relations process including mailing, tracking RSVPs, registrations at events, responding to email traffic, answering main telephone lines for inquiries
- assist in negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers
- support the Assistant Vice President in managing the Alumni Council through scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and correspondence
- serve as lead event coordinator for selected on-campus events
- attend on- and off-campus events as requested
- manage the milestone outreach project to recognize alumni achievements
- manage work study student employees
- partner with Assistant Vice President to manage department budget
- coordinate with Advancement services to maintain Raisers Edge database accuracy
- collaborate with Annual Giving Team on student and young alumni events
- supervise student workers and volunteers under Assistant Vice President guidance
