- Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Duties
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Alumni Relations office
- Manage the guest relations process including mailing, tracking RSVPs, registrations at events, responding to email traffic, and answering main telephone lines for inquiries
- Assist in negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Support the Assistant Vice President with management of the Alumni Association's Alumni Council including scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and correspondence
- Lead event coordination for on-campus events such as the Alumni Easter Egg Hunt and Senior Class Brunch
- Attend both on and off campus events as requested
- Manage the milestone outreach project to recognize alumni achievements
- Manage work study student employees
- Partner with the Assistant Vice President to manage departmental budget
- Partner with Advancement Services to ensure alumni records are updated in Raisers Edge database
- Collaborate with Annual Giving Team to promote and manage student and young alumni events
- Supervise and monitor work of student workers and volunteers under guidance of Assistant Vice President
