Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- automobile insurance coverage and access to a vehicle
- one or more years’ experience in addiction and/or mental health treatment field preferred
- ability to work independently
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- bachelor’s degree in business, behavioral health, marketing, or related field preferred
- experience in addiction and/or mental health treatment field preferred
- strong communication skills
- proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- event planning and community engagement experience
- social media content creation skills
Job Duties
- Aligns facility alumni plan with corporate alumni strategy
- ensures a smooth alumni experience with a documented customer journey map
- plans, coordinates, and promotes alumni and community events including quarterly and annual alumni reunions and sponsored outings
- promotes events effectively in the alumni and family networks as well as surrounding communities and manages events calendar
- collects, manages, and updates alumni data in Salesforce and other directories
- develops and implements communication systems utilizing phone, text, email, and facility app
- tracks all outreach efforts in Salesforce database
- creates and curates content for alumni social media and web support
- drives admissions by increasing alumni and family referrals
- measures effectiveness of alumni programs via satisfaction surveys and data analysis
- runs weekly group discussions with discharging clients
- conducts daily groups with new clients to build rapport and triage client issues
