Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience required, preferably in bridal and special occasion production environment
- Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk and sit for extended periods
- Manual dexterity to use POS terminals, sew and perform fittings
- Good vision and ability to use computers and electronic devices for long periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience, preferably in bridal or special occasion production environment
- Ability to use computerized POS systems is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously
- Knowledge of garment quality control and alteration procedures
Job Duties
- Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
- Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver five-star customer experience
- Maintain all service levels by being prepared, welcoming, meeting the needs and being there for all customers including operational checklist tasks
- Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers at one time
- Proactively address customer concerns with confidence and escalate when necessary
- Communicate the importance of alterations in perfecting the dress and promote all alteration services and personalization options
- Assist stylists in closing sales by consulting with customers regarding gown fit and customization
