Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- prior sewing experience required, preferably in bridal or special occasion production environment
- prior experience with computerized POS system is a plus

Job Duties
- Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats, and in person
- use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver five-star customer experience
- maintain all service levels by being prepared, welcoming, meet the needs, and be there for all customers
- provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers simultaneously
- proactively address customer concerns with confidence and escalate when necessary
- communicate alteration options and promote all alteration services and personalization
- assist stylists in consulting customers on gown fit and customization
- maintain store standards to support a flawless shopping experience
- ensure a high standard of dress compliance with dress code policy
- greet and escort all alterations customers to and from appointments
- perform quality control inspections on all garments
- respond promptly to customer inquiries
- build long-term customer relationships
- manage inventory by processing special orders and ensuring quality standards
- maintain alteration pricing at company standards
- manage all alterations, fittings, sewing, steaming, pressing, and spot cleaning
- resolve customer service issues swiftly
- support cash wrap behaviors and transaction accuracy
- keep the alterations room clean and organized
- perform duties as assigned by store management
