Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience required, preferably in bridal and special occasion production environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS system is a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel and lift up to 10 pounds
- Manual dexterity to perform sewing and alteration tasks
- Ability to see up close and at a distance
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Duties
- Welcome customers with friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
- Use systems to manage customer flow for five-star experience
- Maintain service levels by being prepared, welcoming and meeting customers' needs
- Provide exceptional service to multiple customers simultaneously
- Address customer concerns confidently and escalate when necessary
- Promote alteration services and personalization options
- Assist stylists with sales by consulting on gown fit and customization
- Maintain store standards to support flawless shopping experience
- Greet and escort alterations customers to appointments
- Inspect all garments for quality control before delivery
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with product and service information
- Build long-term customer relationships to increase satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage inventory by processing special orders and pickups
- Ensure alteration pricing meets company standards
- Manage all alterations, fittings, sewing, steaming, pressing and spot cleaning to company standards
- Resolve customer service issues swiftly and effectively
- Support cash wrap behaviors and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized alterations room
- Perform duties assigned by store management
