Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store
  • Prior sewing experience, preferably bridal or special occasion
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity for sewing and operating POS terminals
  • Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds
  • Good vision including near, distance, peripheral, and depth perception
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility to work minimal weekday hours and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
  • Prior sewing experience required, preferably in bridal or special occasion production environment
  • Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus

Job Duties

  • Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
  • Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver five-star customer experience
  • Maintain all service levels by being prepared, welcoming, meet the needs and be there for all our customers, including operational checklist tasks
  • Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers simultaneously
  • Proactively address customer concerns with confidence and escalate when necessary
  • Communicate how alterations play an important role in perfecting the dress and promote all alteration and personalization services
  • Assist stylists in consulting customers regarding gown fit and customization
