Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store
- Prior sewing experience, preferably bridal or special occasion
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Manual dexterity for sewing and operating POS terminals
- Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds
- Good vision including near, distance, peripheral, and depth perception
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work minimal weekday hours and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience required, preferably in bridal or special occasion production environment
- Experience with computerized POS systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
- Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver five-star customer experience
- Maintain all service levels by being prepared, welcoming, meet the needs and be there for all our customers, including operational checklist tasks
- Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers simultaneously
- Proactively address customer concerns with confidence and escalate when necessary
- Communicate how alterations play an important role in perfecting the dress and promote all alteration and personalization services
- Assist stylists in consulting customers regarding gown fit and customization
