Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience required preferably in bridal and or special occasion production environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS system is a plus

Job Duties
- Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone virtual chats and in person
- Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver five-star customer experience
- Maintain service levels by being prepared welcoming meeting customer needs and being there throughout the process
- Provide exceptional service experience to multiple customers simultaneously
- Proactively address customer concerns and escalate when necessary
- Communicate the importance of alterations and promote alteration services and personalization options
- Assist stylists in consulting customers regarding gown fit and customization
- Maintain store standards for a flawless shopping experience
- Adhere to dress code policy
- Greet and escort alterations customers to and from appointments
- Maintain quality control by inspecting garments altered steamed pressed to verify pristine condition
- Respond promptly to customer questions with product and service information
- Build long-term relationships to meet and exceed customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory by processing special orders and pick-ups ensuring quality standards
- Ensure alteration pricing aligns with company standards
- Manage all alterations fittings sewing steaming pressing spot cleaning to company standards
- Resolve customer service issues quickly and effectively
- Support cash wrap behaviors and transact with accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized alterations room
- Perform duties assigned by store management
