Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store
- Prior sewing experience helpful
- Experience with computerized POS system
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and perform manual tasks
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Capacity to lift and move up to 10 pounds
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of computerized POS systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic sewing experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions

Job Duties
- Welcome customers with friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats, and in person
- Use systems to manage customer flow delivering five-star service
- Meet service vows including prepare, welcome, meet needs and be there
- Provide exceptional service experience to multiple customers
- Address customer concerns proactively and escalate when needed
- Communicate alterations importance and promote services
- Maintain store standards of cleanliness, organization and dress code
- Greet and escort customers to and from appointments
- Press, steam and spot clean merchandise
- Inspect altered garments for quality control
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Support inventory by processing special orders and pick-ups
- Process transactions accurately at cash wrap
- Seek assistance from Alterations Manager when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized alterations room
- Perform duties assigned by store management
