Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience is helpful
- Prior experience with computerized POS system

Job Duties
- Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
- Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver five-star customer experience
- Meet all service vows including Prepare, Welcome, Meet Needs & Be There for all customers
- Provide exceptional service experience to multiple customers at one time and contribute to achieving five-star customer service
- Effectively communicate alterations importance and promote services in partnership with Alterations
- Maintain store standards including cleanliness, organization, and promotional readiness
- Greet and escort alterations customers to and from appointments
- Press, steam, and spot clean merchandise
- Inspect garments following quality control guidelines
- Build long-term customer relationships to meet and exceed satisfaction
- Support inventory management by processing special orders and pick-ups
- Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap
- Seek assistance from the Alterations Manager for unresolved customer issues
- Maintain a clean and organized alterations room
- Perform duties assigned by store management
