Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store
- knowledge of computerized POS systems
- ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods
- ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds
- manual dexterity to perform sewing and fitting tasks
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work weekends primarily

- prior sewing experience is helpful
- prior experience with computerized POS system

Job Duties
- Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
- use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver five-star customer experience
- meet all service vows including prepare, welcome, meet needs and be there for all customers
- provide exceptional service experience to multiple customers simultaneously and address concerns proactively
- communicate importance of alterations in partnership with Alterations team
- promote alterations services and personalization options
- maintain store standards including cleanliness, organization, and promotional readiness
- maintain high dress code standards
- greet and escort customers to and from alterations appointments
- press, steam, and spot clean merchandise
- follow quality control guidelines and inspect garments
- build long-term customer relationships
- support inventory management by processing special orders and pickups
- support cash wrap behaviors and process transactions accurately
- seek assistance from Alterations Manager when necessary
- maintain a clean and organized alterations room
- perform duties as assigned by store management
