Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • 1-2 years retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment
  • Prior sewing experience is helpful
  • Prior experience with computerized POS system
  • Ability to stand, walk and sit for extended periods
  • Manual dexterity for sewing, steaming, and using POS terminals
  • Ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and resolve conflicts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
  • Prior sewing experience is helpful
  • Prior experience with computerized POS (Point of Sale) system
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Job Duties

  • Welcome all customers with genuine and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person
  • Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver five-star customer experience
  • Meet all service vows including prepare, welcome, meet needs and be there for all customers
  • Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers simultaneously and contribute to store achievement of five-star customer service
  • Effectively communicate how alterations can perfect the dress for the event in partnership with alterations
  • Promote all alterations services and personalization options
  • Maintain store-standards including cleanliness, organization, promotional readiness and store recovery to support a flawless shopping experience
