Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior sewing experience helpful
- Experience with computerized POS system
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 10 pounds
- Manual dexterity for sewing and POS operation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and resolve customer issues
- Must adhere to company dress code standards

Job Duties
- Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm in person, via phone, and virtual chats
- Manage customer flow using store systems to deliver exceptional service
- Meet all service standards including preparation, welcoming, meeting customer needs, and being present
- Provide exceptional service to multiple customers simultaneously while addressing concerns and escalating as needed
- Communicate the importance of alterations for dress perfection and promote personalization services
- Maintain clean, organized store and alterations area adhering to company standards
- Press, steam, and inspect garments ensuring quality before customer pickup
