Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
  • Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Strong financial and arithmetic skills
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach the hospitality team to ensure excellent guest experiences from lounge to banquet
  • Maintain and enforce grooming, safety, and certification standards including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Manage payroll, scheduling, and staff productivity reports efficiently
  • Oversee food quality, promotions, inventory, and beverage purchasing
  • Address guest requests and resolve concerns with effective communication and problem-solving
  • Analyze operational reports, participate in meetings, and support other areas of the team as needed
  • Foster a positive and versatile work environment
