Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
- Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong financial and arithmetic skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties
- Lead and coach the hospitality team to ensure excellent guest experiences from lounge to banquet
- Maintain and enforce grooming, safety, and certification standards including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and staff productivity reports efficiently
- Oversee food quality, promotions, inventory, and beverage purchasing
- Address guest requests and resolve concerns with effective communication and problem-solving
- Analyze operational reports, participate in meetings, and support other areas of the team as needed
- Foster a positive and versatile work environment
