Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality
- Relevant college degree or related experience
- Proficiency in Windows operating system
- Competency in spreadsheet and word processing software
- Strong financial and arithmetic skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain composed and objective under pressure
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure a welcoming guest experience from lounge to banquet
- Coach and train team members for smooth shift operations
- Maintain compliance with grooming, safety, and certification standards including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Handle payroll, scheduling, and productivity reports
- Oversee food quality, beverage purchasing, and promotional activities
- Communicate effectively to address guest requests and resolve concerns
- Analyze reports, attend meetings, and assist in various operational tasks
