Job Duties

  • Drive results by meeting assigned sales and revenue goals and hitting solicitation call targets
  • Take charge of strategic outreach to maximize every opportunity
  • Proactively reach out with solicitation calls and lead engaging sales tours
  • Host clients from Leisure, SMERF, Business Travel, and Group segments
  • Build lasting bonds and ensure every visit leaves an impression
  • Grow and nurture existing accounts across all segments
  • Strengthen partnerships through attentive service and consistent engagement
  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to evolving market trends
  • Represent the hotel with professionalism in the local community and industry organizations
  • Adhere to company standards, sales metrics, and regulations
  • Develop deep knowledge of hotel operations and policies
  • Safely access sensitive areas and uphold trust
  • Participate in meetings, promotions, and special functions
  • Assist management as needed
