Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- high school diploma or equivalent
- culinary certification or equivalent combination of culinary training and work experience preferred
- experience in food preparation and equipment preferred
- related experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Culinary knowledge
- understanding of nutritional values and ingredients
- communication and interpersonal skills
- reading and writing skills
- ability to execute high-volume production
- ability to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Cut, slice, dice, chop food for recipe preparation
- prep ingredients in accordance with recipe specifications and standard operating procedures
- prepackage condiments such as sauces and dressings for prepared food items
- complete tasks at assigned work stations
- assist in multiple cooking venues
- assist in technical areas and with catering orders as needed
- perform other assigned duties
