- Ability to work flexible hours including day, night, weekends, and holidays
- Capable of standing and moving for prolonged periods

Job Duties
- Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service
- Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations
- Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment
- POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy
- Maintains clean workstations and guest areas
- Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully
- Comply with all restaurant's, brand and franchisee policies and procedures
- Resolve guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency
- Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines
